WHEN IS RECOMMENDED TO DO A DEEP CLEANING?

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide a range of cleaning services, including standard home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning or renovation, office cleaning, special event cleaning, pressure washing for driveways, garages and porches, exterior pressure washing, and trash bin cleaning.
DO YOU OFFER RECURRING CLEANING SERVICES?
Yes, we offer recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) at a discount rate. Let us know your preferences and we'll create a schedule that works for you.
CAN I SCHEDULE A ONE-TIME CLEANING, OR DO I NEED A RECURRING PLAN?
Absolutely! We offer both one-time deep cleans and recurring services (weekly, biweekly, every 4 weeks). Our goal is to provide flexible options that suit your lifestyle and needs.
HOW DO I BOOK A CLEANING SERVICE?
You can book a cleaning services by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. We'll work with you to find a convenient date and time to visit the location, assess what needs to be cleaned, and then schedule the cleaning service.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME OR AT THE OFFICE DURING THE CLEANING?
It's entirely up to you. Many clients provide secure access instructions, so they can enjoy their day while we take care of the cleaning. Your privacy and security are always a top priority.
HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL CLEANING TAKE?
The duration of the cleaning service depends on the size of the home or office, the type of cleaning requested, as well as the amount of furniture and the level of dirt to be cleaned. Our commitment is to provide exceptional service, without rushing the process, ensuring the highest quality of work.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT?
No, we bring our own high-quality, professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you'd prefer us to use, we are happy to accommodate your preferences.
WHAT CLEANING PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We use high-quality cleaning products, and upon request, we offer eco-friendly options that are safe for your family, pets, and environment. If you have a specific product preference, you are welcome to provide it.
DO YOU OFFER ANY EXTRA SERVICE FOR THE REGULAR CLEANING?
In addition to our regular cleaning services, we offer the following extras for an additional charge and upon request:
- Refrigerator cleaning.
- Oven cleaning.
- Window, window sill and tracks cleaning.
- Baseboard cleaning.
- Blinds cleaning and more.
ARE YOUR CLEANING STAFF MEMBERS TRAINED AND TRUSTED?
Yes, all our cleaning staff are professionally trained and trusted to ensure your home/office is in safe hands.
WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME CLEANING PROFESSIONAL?
Whenever possible, we aim to assign the same trusted cleaner to your home to ensure consistency and comfort. If there's ever a change , you'll be informed in advance.
IS THERE A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
Yes! We are committed to delivering exceptional service. Dream Home Maid guarantee that you will be amazed by the results of your cleaning. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, simply let us know at the end of the cleaning and we will make it right or within 24 hours, we will return to reclean the area. Your satisfaction is our priority.
As part of our commitment to quality service we may take photographs of the cleaned areas at the time of service. These photos will serve as proof of completion and may be used to verify the cleanliness within 24-hour guarantee period.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN CLEANED?
Dream Home Maid works with a check list that is guarantee to complete. We work through your place, ticking off tasks as they are completed, so you can feel assured about the service requested.
CAN I REQUEST A SAME-DAY CLEANING?
For our recurring clients, an initial visit is not required. If staff and time are available, the service can be performed on the same day.
For new clients, an initial visit is necessary to assess what needs to be cleaned on the property and to provide a quote for the work. After the visit, the assigned staff member may start the service immediately, or another team member will be scheduled to perform the cleaning if staff and time are available.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee. Likewise, if a cleaning services is canceled or rescheduled by Dream Home Maid without reasonable notice, we will offer a discount to the client as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

If feasible, we will schedule an initial visit to evaluate the location and provide a quote. From there, we can arrange the cleaning service according to your needs.

IS DREAM HOME MAID A LICENSED COMPANY?
Yes. Dream Home Maid is fully licensed to operate in the areas we serve. Our commitment to professionalism and compliance ensures that you receive trustworthy, high-quality service every time.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CANNOT DO?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the following services:
Lawn mowing, exterior window cleaning (if it is not safely reachable), carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pet walking and pet sitters, animal waste removal, child cares service, senior cares, ironing, laundry, closet organization, grocery, mold removal, rust removal or rust cleaning, industrial cleaning, lifting of heavy items, or high ceiling fans and high light fixtures cleaning that are not easily accessible.
However, if you have any special requests or require assistance with services related to construction, renovation, or handyman needs, we would be happy to offer recommendations.
